National Play Day 2026

National Play Week 2026, organized by the Early Years Alliance, will take place from 29 June to 5 July. This year’s theme focuses on storytelling as a springboard for play, highlighting how books and stories can inspire creativity, language development, emotional understanding, and curiosity in young children.
