Cranmore Infant School B90

A letter from Mrs Nelson

Family Support worker

Family Support and Early Help.

My name is Mrs Nelson and I help support families at Cranmore Infant School.

I can provide support and point you in the right direction for any support that is available within the community.
No problem is too small, and support is available for any family that requires it.

We support with:

  • Attendance concern
  • Emotional difficulties
  • Family conflict, separation or bereavement
  •  Housing and financial difficulties.
  • Additional needs within the family.
  • Parental mental health
I will aim to help you to access the wide range of services available to you across the Solihull borough.
About Me
I have worked at Cranmore Infant School since 2021 and work in a variety of roles within the school.
These include teaching assistant and offering SEND support to children.
Additionally, I have done training regarding Autism and children’s SEMH needs.
I am here to not only offer support to children but also their families and am happy to listen to how I can help and offer the support that is required.
How can you contact me?
If you require an appointment to discuss how I can help, no
problem is too big or small, please email the office for my attention at office@cranmore.solihull.sch.uk or call us on 0121 7053443 and I will get back to you to discuss a time that is mutually convenient.
I am here to listen and to offer support and guidance.
